Before you write
- Something not working? Check the FAQ first — most issues (first-visit model download, browser support, file formats) are answered there.
- Privacy questions? The privacy policy explains exactly what happens to your images (short version: they stay in your browser).
- Press or partnership inquiries? Include "press" or "partnership" in your subject line.

Please do not send sensitive personal information by email. If you're reporting a bug, your browser name and version plus a description of what happened is plenty — no need to attach the image itself.
Security issues
If you've found a security vulnerability, please report it privately rather than posting it publicly. Email debackpremium@gmail.com with "security" in the subject and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Response time
Deback is a small independent project. We read everything but can't promise same-day replies — most messages get an answer within a few business days.
